All are Drop-In classes so no need to book. However if you’re coming for the first time I recommend you contact me in advance to discuss general health, any ailments and/or injuries, this gives me a chance to plan any relevant modifications ahead of time.
If you have your own mat/props please take them along, if not I have plenty that you can borrow. Wear comfy clothing. Take a blanket for the relaxation. Please refrain from wearing any strong smelling items i.e. deodorants perfumes etc. If possible just eat something light at least 2 hours before class, so as your body is not busy with digestion.
I aim to always be at class at least 15minutes before start time so come as early as you can so as to begin the unwinding process and get the most from your class.
Classes are £8 payable at time of class.
